Starbucks deal: buy one get one free holiday beverages

It's time for gingerbread lattes and peppermint mochas!  I love this time of year!

Only thing is... they're so expensive!  Well from November 18 to 21, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m, when you purchase one holiday beverage at a participating Starbucks, you a second one for free.  Black friday shopping break with the girlfriends, anyone?

It's time for Thanksgiving time at Safeway again and by far the best deal they've got is on turkeys.  Not hosting this Thanksgiving?  How about buying one now for Christmas, New Years, or just two weeks of dirt cheap lunch meat?  It'll stay good in the freezer till you're ready to cook it.

This is a bit late because of some traveling, but there's still plenty of the week to take advantage of these deals.  Some good ones too with New York strip steaks as cheap as I've seen them (all week) and buy one get TWO free berries Friday through Monday.  If you're a coupon-er, you can get 50¢ cans of Cambell's better-for-you soup line.  If you're not a coupon-er, you might want to check out my take on Safeway's just for u program.  Last night I saved a surprise 50¢ on bananas without doing anything.
